Sold my vehicle, they claim payment sent via FedEx but sent without signature required, I have not received payment, FedEx has been unhelpful and I’ve spent in excess of 16 hours on hold, another 3 hours spent being passed between various departments, all with inconsistent "next steps”, ineffective escalation and as of 26Mar21 still no payment or even a hope for quick resolution. This is an ongoing unnecessary nightmare. Stay far far away from Vroom. They cannot be trusted!

Worst experince ever. Vroom customer service and basically anyone picking up the phone had no idea what to do or help me. They kept transfering me and putting me on hold. I have been trying to sell my car for a month and a half to vroom. I completed all the document on the same day they were emailed to me. Then i would get emails saying my contract was expired after i just sign my document. I would call vroom and they would tell me that i have to start he process over.
After i sent them all my personal info already. Next the required me to pay the negative equity on my car. i done that and got a receipt from then after i made the payment. Then right after i made the payment i get a email from vroom saying my contractis expired. I call vroom they have no idea why my contract is expired. They acted like they didnt receive the money and kept telling me do the whole process over and send in the receipt as proof. im still waiting on a refund that they promise.
Asked for a confrimation email about the refund they said they dont know if they can do that. This company is terrible.
