vroom - Once they sell you the car, it is all horrific after that, delivery delays, lost paperwork, sending things 3 and 4 times, Customer service reps are overseas and cannot do anything.. you cannot speak to a manager. My registration/temp tags expired 3 weeks ago.

Vroom is doing nothing about it and lying to me saying they will send a temp tag within 24 hours-48 hours. They take no accountability or ownership of your case. It is absolutely horrible and this company should be shut down. New York NY
