Walgreens pharmacy is completely incompetent I have been on the omnipod 5 insulin pump system for 8 years Safford Arizona

Which the omnipods #-5 pods have a Blue tip on them in which has to be pulled off before applying it to the body so It can be inserted into the body so it will be able to pump insulin into the body.  Well being on the omnipod #-5 system for over 8-years the Doctor decided to write out a prescription for the omnipod #-6 pods which has a clear cap on them instead of what is needed for the insulin pump to work and function which has the Blue tip omnipod #-5 the only 1 that works with the insulin pump. Well I am a serious diabetic and have almost died because of the incompetence medical system and pharmacy system which filled up the prescription and never once asked?  Sir did you get a New insulin pump?  Because for 8-years we have filled your prescription with the omnipod #-5 pods and this is the only time we have filled up the prescription with the omnipod #-6 pods which will not work on the omnipod #-5 system?  Not once was anything mentioned and Walgreens pharmacy filled up the wrong prescription and gave it to me and when I needed to change the insulin pump pod? The pump refused to accept the pods and my Blood sugar is over 1,465 and I am injecting insulin which does not work. This is why I am on the omnipod dash insulin system. The pharmacy and the Doctor are costing me my life. The Walgreens pharmacy said to me that they refuse to allow me to return the wrong insulin pump pods that they filled and gave me and my insurance will not allow the Correct insulin pump pods to refilled for a month? This is a death sentence that the Doctor and Walgreens pharmacy in Safford Arizona has placed upon me. Please people; when you fill up any prescription?  You are probably not getting what you believe you are getting. The United States of America has absolutely become the United Dysfunctional States of America and you will be murdered and Uthanized by the medical system.
