Walgreens Pharmacy Non-compliance with Federal Regulations of When a Patient May Refill a Non-narcotic Lima Ohio

 Federal DEA and FDA Regulations enable non-narcotic prescriptions to be refilled anywhere up to 3 to 5 days in advance, so as to allow customers to deal with concerns when traveling, Thirty-one (31) days in a month, or just merely out of convenience. Walgreens, like to make up laws. I know this because I researched the applicable law(s). One of these days, the place is going to get hit with a very meritous lawsuit for disperate judgment calls, made based on race, gender, status, age and sex. The pharmacies in this area, not only Walgreens, all do this. It is hellish. I recieved an email stating my prescription was ready, and the mobile application also said "ready to pick-up." When I arrived today, I was told it would be ten minutes. Then, four hours later, and a lot of downright false laws and rules proposed, I was sent home, only to drive another hour to pick it up tomorrow. It is getting ridiculous. I hope someone sues over this trend. We should all be vigilant against the pharmacist who pretends to be a lawyer. Double check the laws they purport to be the case, and you will be quite surprised to see how much they downright lie to you. That is all.
