Wells Fargo refused to cash insurance claim check Internet

we had been  wells fargo  bank for almost 31 years  they refused to cash or deposit our insurance claim on july  31, 2025  after we had  submitted our marriage certificate  to the banker we  spend an hour trying to solve the  problem  we told the banker   we need to cash the check immediately  so we   can pay the contractor for repairs still they refused the banker told us to change the claim check to wells fargo bank we told them no i told the   wells fargo banker this the way you treat  us  as loyal customer for 31 years  told the wells fargo banker this riduculous and crazy so we walked out wells fargo bank to avoid an argument  with the banker it was  frustrating now we  an account with tri counties bank .
