This was the letter we initially sent that they didn't care to work with us on. Timeshare still hasn't been canceled. Trying to provide public pressure so that people know what this company does, and hopefully so I can get some assistance and have them cancel my timeshare:

To whom it may concern: 

My ownership with Wyndham started around 2013. We were told when we initially signed up that the package we purchased would come with enough points to vacation as a family of four. We quickly realized that as soon as our bonus points were gone, we did not have enough points to do anything. We are only able to travel during peak season due to school schedules. Our initial salesperson knew this and knew we would have to upgrade once our bonus points were gone.

We have not been satisfied with our timeshare due to the nightmare of booking, extremely high-interest rates. Another time we were on vacation with Wyndham, we went to an owners meeting and your sales reps ran our credit WITHOUT permission and were signed up for a credit card. We were then linked to a new resort (which was told it was an attached upgrade) and then come home to a $900 bill for a new contract. We were told that we were only able to use it at a certain time of year which was when the kids are in school.

We had explained this to the woman and told her I would never buy a week we are unable to use. Your entire company is a sham! I want out of this contract due to your reps lies during all of our sales meetings. We have never been able to use the other property so we are demanding those funds be reimbursed. We are tired of the lies and being taken advantage of.
