1-800 flowers delivered inferior flowers, Internet

I ordered an $85 bouquet of flowers. It was supposed to be a large arrangement with a yellow vase. When it arrived it had a plain glass vase with a yellow piece of paper in it. The flowers were about 8 inches high and were nothing like the ones i ordered. I called 1 800 flowers and they said they would send another one out. When the second one arrived it was worse than the first one.

The florest that did the arrangement was Ruth Messmer florist in Fort Myers. I callecd them and told them they should be ashamed to send an arrangement out like that. 1800 flowers should select better florists to do there work  and also trewat there customers better. Iwill never order from them again.
