1-800 Flowers Valentines Day for my of 36 years Carle Place, New York Nationwide

I order flowers from 1-800 Flowers on Feb 7 for my wife of 36 yrs. She was to be surprised on Feb 13 for Valentine Day. The order was waited for all day. Nothing. No flowers I checked the credit card and it was charged for flowers - a special flower from RUSH Limbaugh and Sean Hannity -- Nothing could be answered by the help desk that could speak very little English and the supervior did not come to the phone - Just talked to Help Desk person to handle the problem --offer a special later. this conversation went on for almost an hour while the help desk had run out of excuses - like weather was causing a delay -the order got messed up --from their web site that was the answer for those who ordered in the last last 5 days before Valentine's Day -- Still no answer from the Supervior -and the phone waiting was getting longer. Can't get and answer as to where the problem was - this is what I believe a competitor war as to who could offer flowers to customers the last hours before Feb 14 - this was a sale pitch on "Rush" today Feb 13, as to only place that Flowers would make it by Feb 14 for those that waited -well I ordered on Feb 7,2017, The local folks here in Oklahoma City Should have had the order for delivery in sufficient time to make delivery --weather here in Oklahoma City was 50 degrees and light rain --so weather was no the resaon for DISAPPOINTMENT. The store was either 9201 E Reno Ave.

After all the waiting and discussion with the help desk --The Help Desk hung up after not getting the Supervior to come to the phone --So what hapens now I don't know but I plan to spread the word back to the Talk Shows that advertise for 1-800
