1040NOW.com software not capable of efiling my 2008 return. They refuse to refund the fee charged to me even though they advertise that "tax preparation is free", will only be billed if efiled.

I have sent numberous correspondence to them, yet they keep giving me the same directions. It's like trying to talk to a brick wall.

Will never use them again or recommend them and will gladly let all know what an unethical outfit they are.
