1800 Loammart Empounded my vehicle encino, California

I had a personel issue to take care of for 8months my Boyfriend had my vehicle wich has a tile loan from 1800 loanmart he had not had insurance on the vehicle and got pulled over for speeding the officer empounded the vehicle i had no knowledge this was happening then loanmart came in and picked up the vehicle and took it to their empound yard my boyfriend tryed several times to get the vehicle out but it was always something else and they have gotten over $3,000 in payments to keep the loan up to date but the storage fees keeping rising now it's $1,800 for storage fees and the car has been their since June 27,2011

it is fully insured and payments up to date i had asked them if they could put those storage fees in the payments because i can't afford this it's a 2008 vehicle i think they are just milking us i have already paid $11,000 on a $4,500 loan haven't they done enough i have 4 children 4 small children and we are homeless due to my personel issue i come back to no car no home and my children in a hotel with their dad

i have since got rid of him i think this is inhumane that my children have to freeze at a bus stop because these people are just out for a dollar they said it was breach of contract now i was informed by them yesterday if i want my vehicle i will have to do a reloan and be in debt for another 3 years wow these people are horrible why doesn't anyone put a stop tho them from doing this so at this point my hands are tied this is a mess i need most likely legal advice i want my car back i had saved for over 10 years to by that vehicle cash for my children it's not about the money loanmart it's doing the right thing here giving me back my car you have recieved enough money now enough is enough it not for me please have a heart for these children.
