1st Century Mortgage Bogus Home Buyer Leads/Prospects Rio Rancho New Mexico

My wife is a realtor here in TX. She was contacted by Robert Stanley, Operations Mgr.,1st Century Mortgage. He said he had qualified leads for homebuyers that she could have for $18.00 per lead. I was skeptical, but she only wanted 30 leads.

We sent a chk for $540.00 for 1 month or 30 leads. We have a signed contract for 30 leads only. But after the 30 days 1st Century withdrew another $540.00 out of our acct. I called them and they said it was a mistake and a chk for $540 would be mailed to us..I spent $32.00 with my bank to be sure another $540 cannot be withdrawn.

No chk arrived, so I called back..Stanley said the chk was mailed to us on 4/16. Still no chk. I have called and left messages, but no one has called me back.

I emailed Stanley and told him that I was starting legal procedures to get my money back. Still no reply.

I have contacted the Atty Gen in New Mx, and I am working with New MX Regulations and Licensing.

My advice...Don't pay for any leads !! From anyone..!
