200cash.com I tried to explain to the company that I was looking for cash advance sites and I was not trying to submit and application and they charged me $19. I would not pay $19 for someone to run this fee. Internet

I was on the internet looking for cash advances and came across a few good ones. I was doing the application process for 200cash.com and when I was to the end of the application I had seen they charged a $19 fee to do this and it did not promise you were approved...I am sorry, who would do this. I had thought I cancelled but turned out I submitted. Now this took place on 6/18/2010 and today 6/23/2010 a charge of $19 went on bank statement. I tried to call them and it is NOT possible to reach a live person, I went through every prompt. I had emailed and they stated there is nothing that can be done because the charge is non refundable. I have also filed a report with the BBB.  Do not trust this company, they are only looking out for there interest and do not care who they rip off. Please stop this company and put them out of business for good.
