4 Wheel Parts / Richard Martinez Extorded me for money due to their mistakes Compton California

 I ordered a lift kit which was advertised for 1,592.00. The order was placed over the phone by a salesman named Nick. The Total cost came to 1,792.00. When I placed the order I was informed two of the Fox shocks would be on back order and I would receive two other shocks so that I could use my truck while waiting for the back ordered shocks. I asked if I was going to be charged for the shocks and Nick said yes. At this point, I stated I would shop elsewhere. Nick then informed me and stated his supervisor approved the shocks free of charge.

However, when I received the invoice with the parts, I discovered I was charged for the shocks. I spoke with Richard Martinez who said he would not credit the charge back unless I returned the shocks. I returned the shocks and have not been re-imbursed. Once I received the lift kit, I discovered the Pitman arm was in-correct. 4WP made me pay for the correct one before they would ship it to me. I returned the one that did not fit and have not been reimbursed. As I attempted to install the kit, i discovered that all of the parts were wrong. After several calls to 4WP, they did nothing. I contacted Pro Comp who provided me with the correct part numbers which I relayed to 4WP.

Once 4WP found their mistake, I received a phone call and an E-Mail from Richard Martinez who stated that the correct parts for my vehichle were going to cost an additional 200 dollars. Richard Martinez stated I would not receive the correct parts to finish the install unless I paid the 200 dollars first. I informed him that the advertised price was 1,592.00, which I had already paid in full. He stated that he did not care, and he would not honor the price as advertised. Due to my truck being partially assembled, I was forced to pay the 200 dollars to get the correct parts. Dealing with 4WP has been my worst buying experience ever. I would not recommend purchasing any product from them. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
