On May 9th of this year we paid off the note with Loanmart. I called today to find out where our pink slip was. Problem says the rep. you still owe on this account. The on-line system shos we owe -ZERO-, the Phone system says we owe -ZERO-. My paper statement says w owe -ZERO-, but the rep on the says we owe an additional $460- uhm -NO-

There is no document that shows that we owe anything beyond what was paid off. THis is fraud plain and simple.
