Whatever you do, stay away from this business!!!! Everything negative you read on the internet is true. They advertise low prices, THEN YOU GET THE E-MAIL THAT SAYS YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER BY PHONE. At this point they hook you up with $159 SD cards -- which I was told was $59 (and worth no more than $30), expensive protection plans, etc... When I disputed the price I was given on the phone, I was told it was recorded so I asked to hear the recording. Of course that was for internal use only.

Since you receive no itemized order confirmation by e-mail, the first time you know what you've actually been billed is when you look at your bank account (I used the poor judgment of paying with a debit card -- never again) The $9.95 shipping charge became $49.95 and the $39.99 three-year protection plan became $39.99 PER YEAR. My $149 GPS became a total cost of $455.

They make sure to note on the invoice they send with the item that it is a "package deal". This keeps you from returning any single item and if you return the "package" you get hit with an outrageous "re-stocking fee". If you try to reason with them they use foul language and accuse you of trying to take food from their children's mouths. I was finally able to get an $80 refund on the protection plan but still ended up with an SD card I did not need (and was told I had to have it) and a GPS that I could have bought for $199 + tax.
I wish someone would stop them from preying on consumers. I always considered myself to be pretty savvy but they sure nailed me. They are VERY slick. My hope is that I can save at least one consumer from the headache I ended up with.

The GPS seems okay but I will never look at it without remembering what this "company" did to me and feeling like a complete fool. I read on other sites that they operate under various other names so be on the lookout for that BEFORE you buy anything.

I highly recommend you do your research before making any purchase. I was taken in by the 5 stars on a website that shows companies with the product you are searching for and the price. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE -- CHECK IT OUT CAREFULLY! I find it hard to believe with all the negative postings on numerous sites that these guys are still allowed to do business!
