AAFES Army & Airforce Exchange Service Military Star Card worst credit card ever! Nellis Afb Nationwide

I have had a military star card since I first joined the military back in 2009. I was doing well on my payments among them on time and a little bit more then minimum balance. Shortly after separating the military I was having lots of marital issues and had issues paying the card on time.

I let it slip I tried to compromise with the company but they were not helpful at all. In this time I lost my job and was about to be homeless. I tried to explain that I could still pay a little but not much and they sent my card to collections.

I was able to get back on my feet and the first thing I did was contact a company to try to settle the debt with monthly payments. I have been with this company called incharge for over a year the first year this  took my whole tax return which was meant for bills. This set me back luckily they did the right thing and let me continue to make monthly payments.

They gave me my return back. Now that I am a bit better off I have still been making my payments to them for over a year in yet once again my tax return is being garnished. What the hell is wrong with this company?

I have been doing what I can my return is not for them to just take. I pay in extra so I can get a return. I called aafes before filing my taxes this year and they said nothing was going to be taken out this time.

Now once again I will not be getting my return when im suppose to and why because someone isn't doing their job. I am pregnant due in a couple months I do not want to deal with this crap. I will fight it because this is wrong.

Why be penalized when I have been making my monthly dues. On top of that this company couldn't cut me a break on the interest rate. This card is by far the worst I have had and will not recommend this card to anyone.
