Aaron's Rental ripoff, I'm out of $3.871 made 22.5 payments and the manager is wanted by the police Sacramento California

I made 22.5 on a 55 in. tv and became homeless because of mold problems. I explained to the manager of the store, I will stay at motel. The manager insisted they could pick up the tv and hold it until I moved into my place. Moving took longer than I expected, but I called weekly to verify the tv was ok to be left there. The tv was picked up on the 1-14-06 my payments are due on the 15th of every month.

At the time of pick up, I asked if they could write on the reciept brought, they were holding the tv. I moved into my new place and called the company and was told the manager at the time had a warrent for his arrest for frauding the company and that he sold my tv. The tv was sold based on how many payments were left. I had 1.5 payments left which totaled $279.00. The new manager said he will find another tv someday and I'm still waiting.
