Arron Rents in Killeen has repeatedly automaticly debited my bank account WITHOUT permission. This repeated debiting has (each time) put me into over draft. When contacted the Accounts Manager, James ( last name never given) smuggly stated that if we made our payments on time we would not have to worry about this.

How can a company, who gets thier payments (even when late) they get thier "late payment fee" as well, how can they debit an account automaticly when they have NEVER been given permission either written or implied to do so. In fact, we have ALWAYS called in our payments.

It is our policy not to charge your credit/debit card even with your permission unless you have filled out a Credit Card Auth form. This form authorizes us to charge your card when you call in your payments OR IF YOU FALL 14 DAYS DELINQUENT. Any charges on your account will be prevented if you simply contact the store and work out payment arrangements on an agreed date and time. Please keep in mind, Aaron's deals with 100's of accts on a daily basis and one simple call from our clients to let us know when they will be in, saves us all alot of headaches. Simple problems often have simple solutions.

Sir first of all, Not all stores were created equal. And if you were in the accounts dept. apparently you didn't use a CAM toolbelt or have any idea what your job was. It is the Cam priority to help the customer acquire ownership. Where i am from, that is how we approach this situation. We are a double diamond store without a customer op in over 1 yr. This is how you help the customer maintain ownership. Not by failing at our job, quiting or getting fired and then slandering the company. please stay an ex employee. There is a reason why you are.

the turth is , that when AARONS gets your CC # , they will use it when they feel like it. if the store needs to reduce their % on collections or need sto the revenue to make goals then they will charge it , without persmission. You might want to know that AARONS was recently put on probation with Texas Attorney General for bad collection practices. Even this did not deter AARONS from changing their ways, they are bold , and arrogant. The customer is only a # to them. I would contact Gregg Abbot's office ( Attorney General)

even if ur on an auto debit, u still have the right to tell them not to pull ur card. if it is a check card then call ur bank and tell them ur card has been stolen. If it is a credit card then either call that in stolen and they will issue u another one. and then call every aaron's in your area and ask for the regional office #. They won't be pulling anymore from u......i promise.
