Hey,
You found a TV cheaper stop paying on the one for Aarons and purchase the one at Wal-mart because people @ Aaron's are very stupid anyway. Hey if you dont pay they have to pick it up. And the credit thing yeah..................if they pick it up for nonpayment it want go on your credit anyway. STUPIDS!!!!

The preponderence of the grossly overpriced crap from "rent to own" stores, isn't even new. At least the $484. TV from Wally-World would be fresh-new-in-box. No roaches, no damage, no cigarette smoke stink, and no stigma of dealing with the "rent to own" lizards. These bottom feeders can easily get paid many times over for the same item as it's churned on incompleted "rentals".

Why wait so long to complain that your not a good shopper?

I find your complaint to be very strange. You waited for nearly 18 months to post that your not a very wise shopper. Maybe you should have just turned in the TV to Aarons, and then bought the one from Walmart. Albeit, I have never, ever, seen a 52 inch projection TV for under 500 dollars. Must have been a used TV or a old floor display one.

Throughout the entire transaction, Aaron's posts all the prices and costs. They didn't hold a gun to your head, so you were not forced to agree to their terms. If you really want a high ticket item, rent to own is not the way. Lesson learned.

....is a business. They are there to make money. The way they make money is to purchase items and rent/lease/sale them to people. In order for them to make money, they have to charge more than they spend.
The rent-to-own places typically offer items that people can get without being approved for credit. A lot of their business would not be able to purchase items with conventional means.
You should have looked at the costs to begin with. Evidently you agreed to their terms and pricing.
If someone is out there offering to slap people on the forehead, and I agree with him that he can slap me on the forehead, how in the world could I complain when I got slapped in the forehead?
