Aaron's Sales And Lease Poor customer service, cocky, rude, unprofessional Lake Charles Louisiana

My wife and I were shopping for a living room set and found 1 we liked at Aaron's in Sulphur. Pretty friendly staff helped out picking out set and filling out paper work. Then was led into small room to go over contract w/ rude and cocky manager, who acted like he was so important. Kept us sitting in there for about 20 minutes before he graced us with his highly important time. He made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. Anyway despite our better instincts we went ahead and started to lease the NEW set.
However delivery guys showed up with a used dirty set, when we called the rude manager said that was what we purchased. After arguing with him, he finally agreed to deliver the set we originally picked out. Then when poor delivery guys showed up again the next day, our set had a tear in it. We almost returned it but decided to have our account moved to the Lake Charles store about 5 more miles away but much nicer staff, but now the rude manager has been transferred to the Lake Charles store.
Now we set up auto pay on 1st of month but they constantly run our credit card on last day of the month. My wife called to discuss with manager but he's so dam rude, don't want to deal with them again.
This will be our last purchase.
