We are buying a polan pro 18hp mower with only about 4 payments left and our motor through a rod. On contacting the manager of our local office we were assured as long as we were making payment it was under warrenty. We was instructed to bring the mower in and it would receive a new motor.

After a week or so we contacted them to see how the repair was coming. We was told by the same manager, that the motor was in but the would need a mounting bracet in order to mount it, but that it should be ready by that weekend. The following week we called again and the man we spoke to said that the manager we spoke to was no longer working there that he was now manager and that there was no motor ordered and that there never had been one ordered.

After weeks of calling with no answers we were told our mower was ready. On arriving we was told that the frame was cracked on our mower so they had taken the deck off ours and put it onto a much smaller 15hp mower. We told them that this was not exceptable as this was a much smaller mower, and not the mower we were purchasing.

In arriving home we called the district manager and told him that this was not what we had agreed upon in bringing the mower in for repair and that we would not pay for this "loner". The manager said he would make arrangment for us to not have to pay any additional money's for this replacement mower.

On arriving home with this mower the front tire was flat, the head lights didnt work, beside being much smaller, with less hp. We have since received a bill and we told them that the district manager told us that we would not be billed the last 4 payments as this is a less expensive mower that the original mower we were purchasing. This new manager said he has heard nothing of this from his district manager. We have payed on this for about 2 years and only had 4 payments left and they have not honored the warrenty!
