I have been a value customer for 6 years with aaron's. They used to work with you on ur account until oneday a manager had gotten fired for not doing her job right so they say. I owed them 300.00 dollar and was 1 week behind. They come by my house late night,constantly call and come up to my job. Well this one day after the store manager was fired they had a manager from regional to run the store until the found a manager. He called me and told me i had 3 days to come up with $200.00 dollars he could except anything less. When friday came i didn' have the money the tony that was there from regional was very rude and old me to get the money to them with no excuse and just pay the dam thing off all i owe is $300.00. I told him i knew that but i fell in a financial sitituation he don't me he didin't have anything to do with that and that was the reason y the store manager had lost her job b/c of people like me don't pay like there suppose to. So i hung up thge phone and called back to talk to someone else to get the number to corporate office. A employee gave me number i called it complain and the receptionists told me she would have someone to call me back. 3 minutes later someone from corporate called me back and told me there was nothing he could do and his regional worker tony is right and he's doing his job. So I cursed out the the corporate manager and told him how i felt and hung up the phone. He called me right back and told me i didn't give him a chance to say anything else and i told him he said all he needed to say and i run this phone and i told him i'll b glad were i could pay them off. When borrowed the money i went in to make the payment and the gut whom i had the confertation with he was helping a customer so when he finished with the customer i walked up for him to help me he (tony) walked off as if he didn't want to help me and had someone else to serve me. I told them this isn't the way to treat a customer he mubble something and went into the office.

You made an agreement & signed a contract. You were late with your payment and when they called to set up arrangements, you didn't live up to them. Then you get upset and want to claim a ripoff when the company asks for it's money. Then when corporate called you cursed at them. You probably cursed earlier but didn't put that down. Wow. If you can't afford the payments, return the merchandise. It's not yours until all payments are made. return it, get back on your feet financially and then go back with the lifetime reinstatement and get credit for what you've already paid. Not so difficult.
