My debit card was lost on vacation so I had to cancel - it was found the next day and I reinstated. In that one day period my club member and Amytime Fitness Grass Valley , CA (530-887-1285). In that one day period my monthly membership went through and was returned "account cancelled. I received a call from Eric Riley, I received a call from Eric Riley from ABC Financial - phone number 1-800-897-6877. He asked me to call the number provided OR go online at myIcluboneline.com. I calaed the number and received a automated system, it would not ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON. So I followed the prompts and put my card info in - it was not accepted. I was not given a prompt to speak with a REAL PERSON. I went to the web site and it is a login for club owners, NOT MEMBERS!
All I want to do is pay my bill! What kind of company is this? It seems unacceptable. PLEASE NOTE: i have no idea where this company is located, this information was not provided.
I do not want to be associated with a gym that uses this company: ABC Financial

I have gym membership with Anytime Fitness, Grass Valley, CA. While on vacation this month I thought I lost my debit card so I moved funds to savings and cancelled card. I found the debit card the next day and called my bank and re-instated it. In that one day period my monthly fee for my gym membership can through and was returned. I received a call from Eric Riley at ABC Financial asking me to contact them to update payment information. The contact information Eric Riley at ABC Financial gave me as phone: 1-800-897-6877 OR online my I club online.com. When calling the phone number I only receive an automated system which will not allow me the choice of speaking to a REAL LIVE person. I went through the automated system, however, it rejected my debit card information. I then went online to update information and the web site Eric Riley at ABC Financial gave me; my I club online.com. This site does not allow any way to enter member information, it is a web site for club owners/investors. This company appears to be a front for something unethical. Why can't I find a REAL LIVE person to help me? Why is the web site given not usable for a member? Why can't I find any location information on ABC Financial? I'm seriously considering canceling my gym membership with Anytime Fitness, Grass Valley, CA as I'm alarmed they are associated with this unethical/unprofessional company.
