Acai Berry Supreme Unable to cancel order and card charged inappropriately Boca Raton Florida

Dear Sirs,
I ordered a trial product from this company and tried to cancel with the 15 days of when it was shipped to me as it does not work (for me.) Repeated calls to this company have gone unanswered, as a matter of fact, my phone battery has died while on hold. I actually took all my packaging and my phone, while on hold, to my bank so that they could verify it all in case I need to file a dispute which is looking likely.

When I started researching them (while on hold) I found that many people had the same issue AND were charged erroneously. I checked my bank and saw that I was also charged. Unfortunately, when I try to go back to the website where I ordered the product, it froze up my computer, twice. The only place on their website that I can get to, brings me to you. If you could please help me to get back the $88.00 that I was charged for a product that I (1) do not want and (2) have not received, I would greatly appreciate it.

I did follow their rules and mail back the unused portion of the "free" 30 day trial, within the 15 day trial period, noting on my paperwork that I had been repeatedly unable to get through to them by phone to "cancel" my trial and any future orders or shipments. I am happy to be out the $5.95 that I paid for shipping on the trial, even the money that I had to pay to ship it back. But I need them to give me back the money that they wrongly took out of my bank account. Unfortunately, I don't have endless hours or batteries or minutes of talk time to sit on the phone in hopes that they might possibly answer their phone.
