ACCOUNT NOW THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY TO GAIN MORE IN STOCK SAN RAMON, California

I had my irs tax return deposit into a account now prepaid account. They advertise tax return direct deposit; they sent me a card by mail a few days later. My tax return was deposited into my account I used my card just fine for a few days. The last time I tried to use it the atm kept my card. I called the bank they informed me that I would need to fax my tax return information, ID, SS card, and a bill.

I faxed everything to them on 02/04/2012 they told me that it would take 1-3 business days, but I still havent heard from them. I really need access to my money I had bills that I was waiting to pay with that money. I have called customer service who was not helpful to my situation first she said they have not received anything then I told her that I have conformation from 02/04 and 02/07 that I faxed it in she then said that its being reviewed so Im not sure what's going on with this company. My friends have also used this card for their tax returns and they are having the same problem.

they are now HOLDING OVER 20,000.00 from all of us! Can you imagine all they other people they have taken for their money? I guess it wouldnt take long to flip it in the stock market while we try to find a way to take care of our family. This is shady business to me they are they keeping tons of peoples tax money to get more in the stock market. I would like my money asap! I need access to my account I'm about to lose my car, with them holding my money has cause me to fall further in debt this is sad that a bank would do this.
