I signed up for an account now card after being referred by my sister. Biggest mistake I ever made. After my tax return was deposited I made a card to card transfer for 500 dollars to another accountnow card and the next thing I know my account is blocked. I was told I would have to prove my idenity by sending a copy of my id, social security card, and 1040.  I have faxed and e mailed these documents 10 times over already with no response. I don't know what else I can do. My biggest regret is not reading the reviews before trusting accountnow with my hard earned money. I caution everyone to do their homework when it comes to these pre paid cards. Does anyone know the next step I should take?

AOH Health I ordered a trial of the item, not knowing they would continue to send me the product and charge me $92.71 each month. I called a customer service number after a Google search, but the woman I spoke to claimed her company did not send the item and did not charge my bank account. Alucia I ordered a sample box of Alucia Anti Wrinkle Skin Cream. And all i had to pay was for shipping ,which was 5.00. and i thought that was it. I didnt see anything about a 14 day trial at all or i wouldn't have bought this! And. I looked at my bank app and it said i have been charged 98.39. I didnt even know what it was from until i googled the code next to the amount and it said Alucia! I did not approve for them to take 98.39 out of my bank account! Now i am gonna be short on money for the rest of the week because of them taking out 98.39 out of my bank account which i did not give them permission to withdrawl! Los Angeles, California

ACCOUNT NOW PREPAID CARDS HORRIBLE!! Without asking They sent me a gold card i activated it and told the terms conditions over the phone. I had card 2 months never used it! Loaded it bc i didnt have my bank card or netspend..
