Ace Cash Express Albertino Hernandez A disgusting Financial Operation Oakland, California

I'm pretty disgusted with how Check Cashing Company Ace Cash Express does there business with people, with both their customers and their employees.  A good friend of mine used to work for this company and I was so outraged to hear of the horrible things that this company does on a regular every day basis.  They fired employees that did not deserve that fate after endless hard work and dedication, managing agents would make employees do illegal practices like accecpting interest only payments on loans on the day's when they were due so the customer can roll over the same loan until the next time it was due again.  

That is a HUGE NO NO here in the state of California!!  Ace Cash Express did not care because they wanted to increase their revenue no matter how it was accomplished.  They also would hire employees that were not even legal United States Citizens.  This is just a few examples of how horrible this company is.  Poor working conditions was another huge issue with this company.  At there office location in Richmond, they had a roof that would leak on rainy days and it would create huge water puddles near computer equipment. 

What also amazes me, is how in the hell an employee in particular is still able to stay at that company after all these years violates the law and company policies a number of times and still has a cozy job with this nightmarish company??  It really makes me sick!!  Not to mention, customer service sadly does not even exist within any wall with Ace Cash Express.  I can only hope that this company's business does a nonstop decline and shuts down locations. 

The Department Of Corporations really should shut down loan operations at all of Ace Cash Express' locations here in the state of California and issue them a hefty fine for allowing their customers to pay interest only payments on the due date of their loans instead of paying a loan in full.  Companies and their employees like Ace Cash Express deserve to get knocked off of their high horse and answer to the power of consumer's that would enjoy seeing a company like this sink instead of cheating the system with earning bonuses and revenue.  Tell this also to JLL Partners!!  Those jerks purchased this crooked company!!
