ACE Hardware Won't stand behind malfunctioning product White lake michigan

I purchaed 3 containers of propane from this store last fall as I do every year.  I went to use the last bottle earlier this week and I could not get the valve to open.  Nothing would budge it.  I took it back today along with the two empty container to get it replaced and buy two new ones along with salt for my softner.

I was told that they will not take it back becuse I had it too long.  I told him that I still needed 3 containers and 5 bags of salt but that would be my last purchase at that store and with Ace.  He iwas fine with that.

My bill came to just under 100 dollars.  the tanks cost 20 dollars each ... so for 20 dollars I've relearned a valuable lesson.  Test before you leave any store especially ACE HARDWARE and customer support and loyalty are things that you may not find regardless of how long you have been with a store.

I am sending this along to help others learn from my lapse in memory.  ACE is NOT there to help you ... only to gain access to your money.
