ACS Legal Group They said I am going to be prosecuted within a couple of days saying I owe them$994.86.My ss # has been red flaggedby US Government, Says I violated Federal Banking Regulation, Collateral Check Fraud, and Theft by Deception. They said they have rights reservedin inform FBI< FTC< my Employer and Bank.If I am found guily, I have tp pay entire court costs $4271.15. I even called twice and they hung up on me. I have NEVER borrowed money ever with this so called company and I hope they get sued for putting innocent people through this Internet

and  hope  that  you  will  NOT  take  an improper  action,

and  pay  these  people,  ACS  Legal  Group,  whoever  they

are.

ONE:  You  are  presumably,  an  American  citizen,  with  ALL

of  the  rights  accorded  us, through  the Constitution.

TWO:  Madam,  if  you  think and  believe that  you have  ACTUALLY

done  something  wrong,  you  discuss  it  with  YOUR  bank's  complaince

officer,  not  their's.   Each  and  every  bank,  has  a  compliance  officer,

under  Federal  rules  and  regulations.   Federal  rules  and  regs  are  

SPELLED  OUT  for  anyone  to  read   under  United States Codes  

Annotated.   IF  YOU  HAVE  ACTUALLY  done  something  wrong,  under

Federal  guidelines,  your  District  United States  Attorney  will  know.

IF  YOU  BELIEVE  that  you  have  been  BULLIED,  the  FIRST  thing  to  

do,  again,  is  TALK  to  your  bank's  complaince  officer.   If  ACS,  

whoever  they are,   has  or  had  anything  on   you,  in  the  way  of  

EVIDENCE,  they'd  sue  you  in  civil  court.

In  most  states,  the  threat  to  make  you  cough  up  money  to  

PREVENT  PROSECUTION,  is  a  FELONY,  in  terms  of  EXTORTION.

ALSO,  you  can  SUE  THEM  under   the  FEDERAL  FAIR  COLLECTIONS  

PRACTICE  ACT.   Report  them  IMMEDIATELY  to   the  BAR  

ASSOCIATION  IN THEIR  STATE,  AND, IN  YOUR  STATE, if  they  have

a  license  to  do  business  as  attorneys  in  your  state.  

Also  you  can  report  these  people  to  your  State  Att'y  General's

Office.

But,  UNDER  NO  CIRCUMSTANCES  PAY  THESE  PEOPLE  just  because

you've  been  bullied.

STOP  AND  THINK.  SLOW  DOWN.   YOU  HAVE  RIGHTS.
