acs legal united attorneys harassing phone calls since june none stop los angles, California

 on june 28, 2010 i was contacted by voice on my cell by a sam wilson from united attorneys in california. he informed me that i or my attorney was to call him right away in regards to a very important matter. if i or my attorney of record did not call back he wished me the best of luck as the situation unfolded.   i called back and asked for mr wilson and was told that he was unavailable. i spke with another person who sounded very much like mr. wilson. i asked what the problem was that i needed and attorney. 

 he informed me that i was being charged with computer fraud from a pay day loan company which was claiming that i had insuffcient funds. he would not tell me the companys name. i was told that a sepena was going to be put out for my arrest and that would ihave to pay court fees and attorney fees over $8,000 dollars. if i did not comply with there request i would be arrested at work and my employer and co-workers would know what kind of person i was.

 to make a long story short i have had several phones calls from different parts of the country with the same threat. i have checked my banks statements and no deposit was ever made to my account from advance pay loan co in the amount of $300.00. the phone numbers they used 817-710-4545,714-598-4093 and the last one 508-342-0961 they have use no id number and 000.
