ACS Legal Andy Brown, John Hudson (which i am sure are as bogus as their company) The worst kind of ripoff artists Whitestone, New York

My wife recieved several calls at her place of employment last friday from these people. They insisted she owed $502 to them for some bogus payday loan. They threatened to file court papers in 20 minutes if she did not fax back signed forms allowing them to take the money out of our checking account on her next payday.  She was alone in her office that day and with all the usual work related things she was doing, and the threat of legal action with thousands in attorneys fees, she thought maybe she had forgotten she had taken a payday loan out. She faxed back the papers.  I found out about it to late on friday to call these people (the phone number traces back to Whitestone NY). 

So i called them on monday morning at 5 am PST and asked that they send me a bill with who they say she owed and how much.  I was then told "we don't want to work with you, so we will go to court."  They then called my wife's place of business over 30 times that morning, almost causing my wife to lose her job.  These people have middle eastern and indian accents.....i talked to several of them over the course of the morning. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, The States Attorney Generals office, The FBI, and this morning, I will be contacting the Office of Homeland Security (with the accents, who knows what these people are really up to). These people need to be shut down and jailed. They prey on people who have little to begin with, and are trying to ripoff what little they have left.  They've pissed off the pitbull in me and I will see justice for this through every legal avenue I can find.  DON'T let them do this to you!!!!!
