ADT home security mpell rewards offered $100.00 visa gift card reward for installing security system. Never received card after mailing in reward certificate with included $4.95 handling charge. Called mpell twice and was told they never received certificate and later they said it was mailed. What a rip off. Encinitas.California.92023-0820 Nationwide

SELECTED ADT PACKAGE FOR HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDED A $100.00 VISA GIFT CARD FROM MMPELL

NEVER HAVE RECEIVED CARD OR ANY RESPONSE FROM MPELL. THEY DENY RECEIVING REQUIRED CERTIFICATE AND LATER 

CLAIMED IT WAS MAILED OVER 5 WEEKS PAST. ALSO HAD TO MAIL IN CERIFICATE WITH $4.95 HANDLING FEE AND $1.75

FOR MAILING COSTS.
