Advance Cash Services trying to get money from me. Internet

For the past year, I ave been receiving emails stating that I owe 978$ to ACE cash advance.  Now ACS is pestering me.  First off, I do not owe money to ACE.  I have already checked with them.  However, the presistence of this ACS is maddening. At least 3 times a week, i get these letters. 

Todays letter states:

The case will be downloaded on Monday (July 28th 2014) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to us with the payment, you can e-mail us back for further details.

This is not the first time this group of so called attorneys has tried to get money from me.  3 times now, they have said that I will receive a court summons, which never comes, as it is a fake company trying to rip people off.

I am but a poor person myself and can not afford to pay this at this time IF it were a real case.
