Advanced Cable MONOPOLY, BROKEN INFRASTRUCTURE, MORE COST LESS SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT weston Florida

Please do not use Advanced Cable as your cable company in Weston, FL. They're overpriced for the service they actually provide. They indicate there is 24 hours around the clock assistance but this is false. False advertising.

Some examples include: 1) Endless rings. No one takes the call. 2) Repeatedly get disconnected during call or prior to contacting a representative. 3) Although there is an option for a "call back without losing your place", many times, they do not return the call. 4) Completely false information or lies. There have been multiple incidents within the company/representatives/technicians regarding communication barriers. No one is communicating therefore, inquiries aren't being addressed properly.

They have 3 internet speeds and depending on how many devices use wifi, they will recommend an appropriate speed. 1) The lowest speed they offer is, 8 mb/sec, then "premium" is 15 mb/sec, and top notch is 30 mb/sec.

I have 2 smart tv's, iphone and 2 laptops. Initially I chose the 8mb/sec but after 4-5 mos. the speed became nil. They recommended 15 mb/sec (for an additional fee, of course), and I opted for that. It was fine up until recently. I haven't added any new devices, however, the internet has become significantly slower. This leaves me no choice but to get the 30 mb/sec (again, for a much more additional fee). It's not the $$, it's the service they provide for the price. There's a disconnect.

More money for less service. Advanced Cable Weston, commercials and advertisements are false.

The services, including cable, internet,  and phone, they provide is below average. My other option is satellite but the satellite itself would be an eyesore in my pation. Besides, my apartment doesn't face the appropriate way.

Please stay away from them if you have that luxury.
