AG Skin Care I requested a trial sample and paid shipping ($3.95). Calling the 800# on 06/05/2009, after 14 day trial was over to get a RMA number to ship back the remaining. Told by the representitive to try it a month and call back on 06/20/2009. Calling back, I had already been charged ($69.95) Returned remainders but can't get a refund. Chatsworth California

I tried a sample of Amingenesis Tripeptinon paying $3.95 shipping. After the 14 days (06/05/2009) I called 1-800-509-2105 to get a RMA# to send back the remaining capsules. I was told 14 days wasn't enough and to try more and call back on 06/20/2009. When I called back on the date, I was told I was already charged $69.95 on 06/19/2009, (although the back statement states I was charged 06/22/2009) and told I would be reimbursed as soon as I sent back the remainder. I received the RMS# and shipped back the bottle (via delivery confirmation). It was received on 6/25/2009 but to this day I have not received a refill. I have called again and told nothing but it would be within 3-5 days. The support line is no longer active for complaints and the representives (all three I spoke to spoke halting English. (a definite eastern indian accent).
