AG Skin Care Amino Skin Care charged $69.95 for 30-day trial began 5/19 and it is 06/09/2009 Chatsworth California

I accepted a "free 30-day trial" offer online on May 19, 2009. I have my calendar marked to call them on June 15 for a return authorization number, but a charge of $69.95 was posted to my credit card today, June 9, 2009.
Online they called their product Amino Skin Care; on my credit card it is called AG skin care. The paperwork enclosed with the product (little things you cut the tip off of and put the liquid whatever-it-is on your face) has a phone number of 1-800-509-2105. I listened to the recorded message about all their agents being busy with other customers and they'd be with me momentarily for 20-25 minutes. Finally I got someone who said it was a 14-day trial. I told him I thought 30. He said it's a 30-day money back guarantee. Duh! So I want my money back. He gave me a return authorization number and said I'd see a credit in 6-7 business days after they receive the unused product. We shall see. I'll let folks know.
