AG Skin Care Unexpected $59.95 Charge, No Refund Irvine California

I ordered a "free sample" from AG Skin Care--pay shipping only. Cancelled, but was still charged $59.95. Turns out that the free sample is a 2 week sample, and if they don't receive the product back in that time you're charged $60. The rude sales rep DIDN'T tell me this when I called to cancel.

After 20 minutes on the phone with a friendlier rep (who I could barely understand), I was finally told that if I returned the product I'd be given a refund. Returned the product, unopened, in May. July 18 now and no credit. I doubt I'll ever see one . . . but even if I do, way too much trouble and a very dishonest company. Other companies actually send a free sample. AG Skin Care is making a profit based on the trust the others have earned.
