Airbnb is a ripoff. They have zero contact information. You cannot call The company. For any reason. It is not a safe environment for your money or your family. They accepted my reservation and payment. They cancelled my account without cause or notice. They have not returned any of my payment. (206.24). They left me no recourse because they refuse to handle customer service and refunds. Do not use Airbnb. they will take your money, and their business model is not safe for your money or your family.
