Airsplat ripoff dishonest bait switch no ship no refund South El Monte California Internet

This company listed an item for about $40 less than competitors, when contacted, stated item was in stock would ship next day. Paid for express shipping.

After non-arrival of the item was given the runaround for a couple of days, then told they did not have it in stock and could replace it with an inferior item or get a refund or wait until they get some in in a month or so. (clasic bait and switch) Their website and live person states that you are not billed until item is shipped. We were billed the second the order was placed.

We requested a refund and to date have not received one. There is a new excuse daily as to the reason, but are assured it will be proccesed today.

As a side note I have contacted the Secretary of States office, the better Business Bureau and the State Board of Equalization in California and it appears that this business is not properly licensed in the state to do business. They will be getting a visit from the tax board to confirm compliance.

My suggestion, avoid the hassle of begging for your money back. Go with someone reputable. I Ordered from Airsoft Atlanta, charged the day shipped arrive the next day, worth the $30 bucks more.

Don't ever order anything from a vendor that does not list their street address on their website. It's a dead giveaway that something is wrong. It also means you will have to track them down, as I had to for reporting to local authorities
