AIS Mechanical "Rob Conklin" Ais Mechanical ripped me off too ! Edmond Oklahoma

I am a member of the Society of Field Inspectors (SOFI). I was hired by Mr. Rob Conklin of AIS Mechanical to do a vehicle inspection for one of his customers. I was never paid for my services. Please read a copy of the last correspondence I mailed to him. He has never replied or answered any of my calls or emails. BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL!

Payment Due of $75.00

Dear Sir or Madam:

Please accept this correspondence as final demand for payment for the above assignment which was completed on April 4th, 2007.

I was hired by Mr. Rob Conklin on or about April 4th at an agreed rate of $75.00. I put a lot of time and effort into the assignment and would like to be compensated for my efforts. Mr. Conklin acknowledged the completed assignment in an April 7th email and wrote, "You did an excellent job on the inspection for us. I really appreciate it. I only wish all of my other inspectors would write the summary about their inspections like you did."

Mr. Conklin has not responded to numerous emails and telephone calls requesting the status of payment. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Texas and Oklahoma Better Business Bureaus as well as the Attorney General Consumer Fraud Divisions in each of these states. Additionally, I will file a formal complaint with Richard Law of the Society Investigators (SOFI) as to make him aware of this situation.

Kindly provide payment without delay. Time is of the essence.
