AIU Online University is a scam. For 2 classes, my bill was over $5600 dollars. When I asked for a breakdown of costs, they couldn't provide me with one, so I have no clue what the spent all of it on.
The financial aid setup was misleading as well. I was forced to fill out many forms, all of which did nothing. I had their representatives calling me at all hours telling me I had to fill these out in order to start. They were interrupting me at work, and of course dinner time.
Tey also switched my academic adviosor 5 times on me, and did not contact me with the changes. Thses people are very dishonest from the beginning. They build up this school (if you can even call it that) to be so great, when really they are just trying to get over $20000 for, in my case, a little over 30 credits. Absolutely ridiculous.
