I been using this salon software company for 5 years, i paid every year support $450 its always the worse customer service ever ,I decided do not renew my yearly support, every time I called for an issue the on;y person attent the phone is nasty,no courtesy and its like you are bothering him. its always the worse customer service ever ,I decided do not renew my yearly support, every time I called for an issue the only person attending the phone is nasty, no courtesy and its like you are bothering him, i got tired of get abuse over the phone just because I am paying?!!! . I decided no renew my yearly plan but pay one time support $40 dollars to help me with the installation.we were only 5 minutes on the phone . the program is having errors I am not able to use it ,I sent email yesterday to ask for help because is existing case. I did call today ,explain the situation and in a nasty way he said I have no support ,I told him the program was not working since yesterday. he said if I want to pay again I said if after five years of been a client he consider to charge me again I will pay then. he started screaming on the phone telling me if I want to end our business relationship ,he was crazy . worse customer service no support
