Alamo Rental Car Charged me CDW through fraudulent means Sanford, Florida

I rented a car at Sanford Airport (Orlando).  I had prepaid for the car using a package deal with Allegiant Airlines.  The guy asked me if I wanted to add another driver, I said no.  Then he said to initial the forms - I did not know that I was authorizing another $60 to be added to my bill for Collision Damage Waiver!  In the past, I have always been asked if I want that and I always refuse.  I complained to Alamo online and they said tough beans, that I should have read what I was agreeing to.  !!! 
I say that this is fraudulent because they did not ask me if I wanted it.
