Alan Marks hit my computer with several trojans which locked it up until I paid $79.95 to fix the problem. I could do nothing with system until price was paid Lakewood, New Jersey

On December 24th at approx. 12:30pm, while checking my e-mail my computer was suddenly diagnosed with about 18 trojans, spyware and malware warnings. This inturn locked my system as a Security Shield came on telling me of my viruses.

In attempting to do my own security scan, the security shield would not allow me to do anything but enter their website at which time it performed a scan on my computer telling me of the viruses and what they were.

In order to clean my system and do anything else it prompted me to purchase their debugging program for 79.95. I could do nothing until I paid the fee.

After paying the fee my system was cleared and allowed to perform my own scan at which time I found 4 more trojans implanted on my system. Going back to the Security Shield that was supposed to be downloaded to my system to see what it could find, the program was not there.

At this time I found the website via BING and that is when I noticed the Ripoff report written by someone else about this problem I had. I have since called the number and spoken to a "representative" and they have said my money will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. I have told them that if it is not refunded I will be going to the authorities and they can deal with them.
