Alfred Angelo Horrible Return and Exchange Policy Lakewood California

Well as any woman will confirm, your wedding day is something you dream about your whole life. For many women including myself I wanted everything to be perfect. I had tried a few bridal shops, and I then one day I popped into Alfred Angelo in Lakewood, CA. I was immediately drawn to many beautiful dresses, and the salesgirls were great, that is not where my problem lies. I had finally found the "Dress"! The day I tried it on I didn't want to take it off, it was Perfect! The girls were helping me try on the different slips, tiaras, veils, bras, etc. The problem was that I was in such awe, the only thing I paid attention to was of coursed the dress. I trusted their expert opinion to only give me the best items that suited my style and taste for my dress. Well I had made my purchases that day, which was the dress, slip and bra. A couple of weeks later, my dress was ready! My mother accompanied me to Alfred Angelo to pick up the dress, I took with me the bra which I had purchased that day. I excitedly put my dress on so that i could make a grand entrance for my mother who had not seen it yet. When I came out, my mother was pleased, but my mother being like any other mother started to closely examine everyhting to make sure there were no problems. As she stared at me she said to me " Is this the Corset/Bra you purchased here to go with the dress?" And I said "yes, why?" Well the Bra had boning in it, which showed through the dress. I had never noticed it! I was too excited over the dress to see it. Well we proceeded to ask if we could do an exchange and we were told NO! It is against their policy! I paid over $50.00 for this corset/bra! Not only that but I paid over $1200.00 in their store for all my purchases!!! Now I have to spend another $50.00 on a bra that will work with my dress over their salegirls mistake! It makes me wonder if this is something they do on purpose to make more money....What do you think?
