Were you aware that no less than 17 Florida moving companies were investigated and charged with a litany of criminal offenses a year or two ago? Since Congress cut back spending in 1995 and made proper enforcement impossible, dozens of moving companies across the United States have been involved in an orgy of corruption. Wire fraud, mail fraud, collection of unlawful debt, racketeering.....the list goes on and on. Incidentally, Spero Georgedakis, who is the main man at "All My Sons Moving and Storage", maintains a Florida residence which is remarkably close to where you are located. As I have mentioned on this site before, a Class Action lawsuit can provide monetary compensation before possible criminal charges follow later on against companies which are involved in unAmerican activites. By all accounts, life in today's "Slammer" makes Alcatraz look like Disneyworld! Still, all of those uneducated laborers doing back-breaking work for moving companies at the princely sum of around $9.00 per hour nationwide would never testify for the Government to save their own skins, would they?! Maybe if the company were to give you a FULL REFUND on any money they collected and sent a letter apologising for this 'accident', they could avoid further action down the line? Now, there's a thought......
