Allegiant air books car rentals on behalf of Alamo.  When you miss or change your flight they refuse to adjust the car rental that was booked as a package with the flight.  They claim you need to call Alamo.  Alamo claims you need to call Allegiant.

This is a scam and no one should ever book car rentals through allegiant, they are more expensives when the taxes are added on at pick up plus if ever you change your itinerary they pocket the money and give you zero customer service. 

If you deal directly with Alamo it is cheaper plus you can cancel and get a full refund up until 3 minutes before pick up.
