i am so disappointed with the experience...i have never used travel insurance before but i tried it this time because i was unsure of the trip....my bad!!
but dealing with this company was wose than i could imagine...they flood you with emails and delay response so you cannot even cancel the policy...10 day window to do that and they drag their feet.
contract is sooooo restrictive and reading better business bureau reviews i see that even if you do have the documentation and reasons to cancel the STILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO NOT PAY!
getting the word out...don't count on this insurance to insure your trip!!! ugh

I just had the same experience and I feel like a fool. We cannot take this sitting down, scams like this must be made public. Allianz business practices are reprehensible and its up to us to take action. I am writing to every fraud bureau I can to expose this.
