Allianz Travel Insurance this company is a pure insurance scam Nationwide

My wife bought travel insurance through Alaska Airlines for her elderly parents. She called Allianz before the purchase to ask about specifics of the coverage since her dad was 101 years old. She received assurance of coverage.

The day before the Alaskan Air flight Dad became ill and the doctor said not to travel. We filed the claim, talked many times to Allianz customer service reps and submitted reams of information and doctor reports.

This was all a complete waste of time as it was clear thaat Allianz never intended to pay the claim for any reason. The company is a complete fraud enterprise. Never buy this product, ever. Shame on Alaska Airlines for selling this product on their website.
