Allsat Fraudulant Billing ripoff Springfield Missouri

In February 2006, I viewed the Allsat website and even called and ask questions. Later in the month I called Dish Network and ordered my service. I DID NOT order my service my service on line with Allsat. My contract was with Dish Network. So when I ended my service with Dish Network early I paid them a early cancelation fee of $200.00. My complete enrollment with Dish was throught the 800-333-DISH number, and they have my signed contract.

One month later, I recieved a bill from Allsat Inc. I called them to discuss it and customer service said I entered a contract by calling them. After that I turned them into the Better Business Bureau they said that I order my service online and that they have my IP address. Any website can be set-up to capture an IP address.

I ask Allsat for a signed contract or any other valid contract where they disclosed terms that I was aware of them and they have nothing. To futher prove my point, they billed me as Randy and Nancy, Nancy was not part of the picture in February or at the time I entered into the contract with Dish.
